Iphone3Gs
I guess more or less i will buy this phone despite the earlier phone which i have intended to buy.... Nokia E72 but as i tried out the Iphone at the shop outlet at Orchard, i guess that the phone which i will buy... hehe... Time to change phone as my current phone is a bit CMI, its a FOC phone which i got it to extend my current contract...
Though i"m a bit skeptical of signing contract with the red company as it"s cs really sucks... sorry to say but seems like company got C, their employees still bring along the same mentality with them as though they are still with the cs even the environment\circumstance have already changed... Oh, i witnessed something very interesting at the shop, while waiting for my fren and her boi, both me and my sis saw this cs officer arguing with a customer at the shop... For details, i wont be sharing here.. but interesting this officer have no sense of "customer first", i could see he"s a managerial level, but yet his attititude really sucks... and i think all he could do was to fight for his rights or his co"s rights rather than looking at the interests of the customer... Maybe a feedform to the Company will helps improve on their cs... At the end, the customer got so pissed off that she walk away without any purchase... See, lost a customer by wining your rights??? =P Is it must we always fight for our rights? Who wins in the end? All lost... i rem in Red Cliff2, after General Zhou Yu said after winning the sea battle over Cao Cao, paraphase what he said"... we all lost" At the end, who wins? nobody, coz all lose!!! Always like to quote this as i personally feel very strong on this... do we have to win all the time? Durr...
Oh, back to my topic... I think i will settle with the phone for now... even though 1 colek have been telling tales of the cons of using a touch screen phone, but i think have 1 ever before could easily brush all the negative remarks. haha.. So excited of finally able to own a Iphone... =)
