Waiting!!!
Waiting for something may not happen... something which i'm hoping will change for the better... hmmm.... waiting and waiting!!! Okay, some "crabs" from me... =P
Waiting for my boss approval to go ahead with the printing of the front end doc for 1 of my NSC, but she yet to come back from her meeting which i was also suppose to attend with her but last minute, i dun nid to attend this meeting... am quite like "ants on the flying pan"... coz this coming monday have to produce the whole set of the doc but only done just only 1/2 part of the doc....
Yesterday, went to our 1st dance practise... errr... our trainer very fierce and very strict of how we dance.. quite a few of the dancers got "screwed" for not following her instructions or when they found themselves in the way of the other group practises... =8 Okay, i cannot dance yesterday cause i just sprained my ankle again this time on board the bus home from Serangoon... so doc advise not to exercise at least a week... so i was being "spared" yesterday... met WB who went there to fetch jess home after the practise and Andy n Rauth n Susanna dropped by our practise midway through the dance... and we going to dance for a couple of worship songs... cool man... hopefully we wont get confused by the so many song steps for different songs.
my "da jie" sick for 2 days... heng, today had lunch with k... yest lunch with S and her small gang... =( aiyah... will miss my da jie since her last day will be tommorrow... =( but anyway can still meet her up for lunch together with K the following Monday.... since she's going to K's company.

Bright and Sunny Sunday Afternoon..
Am baking myself under the sun at my sis's pc room, and writing blog, listening to some of the A. songs like "Winter Story". hehe... today usual frisbee game was cancelled due to some reasons which i myself also no idea!!! Anyway all the players will be sun-burnt if we play today... sunny day... really treasured this kind of rare weather since it should be quite cool weather this time of season... A gud time to bring out my wet clothes and just washed the clothes left unwashed yesterday and this morning ones!! Anyone looking for such services can find me... hheeeheehee..
Today doing ushering a bit stressed up cause i'm will be doing one of the most stressful duties of being a usher... handling the elements during the holy communion... can u imagine my stressed-up face.... aiyah... but due to rotation of the people within the team, hopefully i wont have to do it next mth... but i would said that it's the ultimate highest privilege to be able to serve in this way too. =)
A week has passed and i'm looking forward to a brand new week irregardless of what i'm going to face/see/hear in office... May God give me the strength to carry on doing His work even though i may not understand what's happening??? As today our PIC preached on the sermon "Have breakfast with Jesus"... on how we can wait and become restless while waiting for God to fulfill his promise like his disciples waiting at the lake of Galilee... I too need to be patient while waiting for God.

WM Retreat 2007
Just came back from PL WM retreat...
1st time go for such a retreat with church WM... well, it's quite pity that i have to miss yest day session of the cross-dialogue sessions due to work and the morning worship but neveraless i managed to catch the evening session... Just couldnt described the encounter with God and the touching of the Holy Spirit... (O_O)"
but anyway, this retreat has sort of clarify my duty as a part of ushering duties and the responsibilities as such... and believed it will greatly benefited me on how to become a effective usher and serve with a purpose God has given to me for this new season... Really touched by J.L and her fren "ah Dell" for their sacrifices they have to make for the past 2 nites... Also thru this retreat, i got to know the "elders" and the assoc lay WM leader and to know the rest of the WM people like choir, praise team, bands and the rest of ushers... Thru this retreat, many got to have a better understanding of Hope, being just me and R in WM... our PIC and Pastor B joined us today... =)
Today we had a sep sessions for ushers, on our roles and responsibilities and workshop to help us communicate effectively with our worshippers... esp when we give out bulletins, greeters or usher people to the seats... it was fun and to my amazements, a simple instructions given can be mis-interpreted or misunderstood and how can we prevent that from happening while we interact with people... and we did a rather short DISC and oops, my DISC has changed... and instead of being lop-sided, now mine was rather evenly distributed... with the exception of 'I" and "D"... looks a bit of not me results!!! but anyway... it wound means that i'm changing everyday... =P
Guess this retreat really broaden my perspective of being a usher and it just makes me look forward to serving God and reflect upon my own spiritual walk with the Lord.
